Literature Text
I care not if I win or lose,
If someone's declared the winner
Most would consider them a champion,
Succeeding over their competitors.
Sometimes when the bold triumphs
It really doesn't matter; what makes
The event so exciting and fun is the
Ability to enjoy what you're doing.
Although this question still rattles
The cage for my attention; why did I
Declare I'm not going home without
Getting a strike, and the bowling
Gods didn't grant my wish at all?
They must favour my mum;
She got a double whammy while
I got absolutely zilch.

I thought for a moment that this was a deep and heavy poem, though I suppose it could be if you'd put your mind to it.
Nicely written, as always British-Prophetess.
