Honestly, I really felt sorry for Carolina when Maine decided to take both her AIs from her and after that, he threw her off the edge of the cliff as he become the Meta then and there.

I don't think we ever learnt about Carolina's AI enhancements because due to my knowledge I don't think Rooster Teeth shown it.

From the start of Season 9 I remained firm in my belief that Tex would have been the one who left Carolina for dead. My head canon was that the Director sent Tex to assassinate Carolina but she failed because Carolina turned out to be alive.

Imagine my shock when it was Maine who "killed" her.

For slightly personal reasons, I can relate to Carolina's shock at what happened to her. Imagine if someone who was close to you, like Maine was to Carolina, unexpectedly betrayed you and then throw you away once they have selfishly got what they needed.

Poor Carolina, no wonder she's so bitter and resentful right now to Project Freelancer as well as the Director :(

Remeber how church said she was suppsoed to dead in the beginning of season 9? How come she was able to hide undercover all this?

Or was she somehow really dead?
