Alerting my senses to go into a
Mad dance, just being pushed
Over the jagged edge of insanity.
Never have I felt the banes of
Dismal solitude that plagues mankind.

Pleasure and pain meshed together;
Inside I am eaten alive, strong burdens
Killing my vitals with each strike.
All alone, I am left with my sorrow,
Caring not of my body, caring not of my
Health for it decays like dying cells
Until my last breath exhales finally.

Now Scream For MeStreak colours across
Hellish skies of vengeance.
Illusions and wishes shall
Not be granted for the weak.
You of all people fail to
Understand my brutal wrath.

Marvel at my destructive powers,
Brave the winds of despair as
Rain of fire sweep the land.
Every unfortunate soul will perish,
Obliterated by such chaos that
Nobody can ever run and hide from.
For decades I have been dormant

Luridness takes full control.

Frowning, I hear muffled voices
Amongst disturbing low chuckles.
The force to kill others is strong,
Eventually I act on these urges.

Sleep For MeLullaby, soft and sweet,
Orders for slumber to arrive.
Rise no more and be still,
Dulling your senses one by one.

Only dreams brings you comfort,
Fascinated with what lies beneath.

The lurid gathering of thoughts
Evacuate to the back of your mind.

All that remains of dismal
Reality has been long forgotten.
Can you imagine for a second
A close friend is talking about you,
Not to your face, but behind your back?
Eventually it gets to the boiling point.

She who remained by your side constantly,
Helping you when it comes to problems
And having so much fun together at times.
Daring not to take your side now, she
Obviously doesn't believe a single
Word that you say; slagging you off.

Really, is this how loving friends act?
All you can do is bring up my past mistakes,
Zealously crucifying me to the crosses that
I carry for the remainder of my life.
Lose the pretense, you are beguiling.

got a free request from me to do an acrostic poem of her DA name.

Doesn't it suck that you discover friends to talk about you behind your back, not realising that you'll find out in the end? Honestly, I am familiar with this and it's more or less happening to me right now. If they want to slander me and bring up my past mistakes, then that is fine by me. I'm not going to participate in childish situations where people stab their friends in the back. That's how children act in the playground if you ask me. If you have something to say, do it to my face - that's all I can ever ask from people who are meant to be friends.

Can anyone relate to this?

I'm willing to make a fresh start in life and move on from the past. But how can I do so when I have people dragging up things from my past and then bitching about them? It's just rather annoying and unwanted.

It is annoying, and I know the feeling. There are people in my life that bring up things that happened years ago that I would love to forget, and they continue to bring the same crap up.

Ugh. *sighs* I hate all the pointless drama and bullshit. If they don't need you in their lives and all they want is to make you feel bad, then you don't need them in yours. I've lost many a supposed friend with that policy, but it's helped me move on.
